We add fresh lemongrass, young coconut, the prawns, Galangal, kaffir lime leaves etc. etc. The first spoon puts a smile on your face, for sure!
We serve it the with fragrant Jasmin rice. So put some rice in your bowl, add the soup on top and experience this explosion of smell and taste.
Don't forget to take out the non-edible ingredients, because we didn't. We have left them in for the optimum taste.
