Oooh yeah! Hielke has whipped up a brand spankin' new dish and it's as dreamy as bed on a rainy day. Meet Hielkes: Chcken Xacuti – just as lovely and traditional as he is.
To begin, he's made a rich, silky sauce from scratch with shredded coconut, garlic & lots, lots of Indian spices. Next, he's ladled the sauce over the stir fried, marinated chicken, and the slow-clap begins.
Now, Indian dishes and Coriander are an inseparable couple, so we sprankled some on top. With the highest quality Basmati rice, of course.
